Shiatsu effectively and efficiently relieves soft tissue pain symptoms by neutralizing the distresses in the nervous system that result in neuromuscular disfunction. The balancing of the distresses in the nervous system results in relief of soft tissue muscle pain & fascia ("myofascia") disorganization that have become restricted, tight, & scarred from physical overuse, misuse, and abuse in repetitive motion and static position behaviors in excess and/or deficiency.
Shiatsu is conveniently performed with clothes on and without the use of any creams or oils.
