Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a finger pressure massage
technique that originated in Japan. Literally translated
as: "finger pressure," Shiatsu utilizes the traditional
acupuncture points of Oriental healing. Shiatsu
concentrates on unblocking the flow of life energy and
restoring balance in the meridians and organs in order to
promote self-healing.

Soft Tissue Release
Soft Tissue Release is a powerful injury
treatment technique developed in Europe. The technique
involves precise pressure through a specific stretch done
in a harmonic fashion. The technique works well on acute
injuries, sports injuries, and RSI's such as Carpal Tunnel.

Release
Kinesio Taping
Kinseio Taping is a a technique based on the
body's own natural healing process. Utilizing a special
elastic tape (Kinesio Tape) and the Kinesio Taping method,
this technique exhibits its efficacy by activating the
body's own neurological and circulatory systems.
The tape and the method of taping combined supports the
following four major functions in therapy:
1. Supporting Muscle,
2. Removes congestion to the flow of body fluids
3. Corrects joint problems
4. Activates endogenous analgesic systems
